GOOD TO KNOW / PRICE

Minimum stay: 4 nights during the low season.

During the high season*, we rent on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights).

* July 1 to September 30, 2023, and December 23, 2023, to January 6, 2024 (High Season)
* May 4 to September 28, 2024, and December 21, 2024, to January 4, 2025 (High Season)
* May 3 to October 4, 2025, and December 20, 2025, to January 10, 2026 (High Season)

The standard occupancy is set at 2 persons.
The daily/nightly rate for the apartment is €265 (€295 as of January 1, 2025) for standard occupancy. A nominal tourist tax (approx. €2 per person per day) is charged in addition to this rate.
Additional guests—beyond the standard occupancy of 2 persons—are charged at a rate of €70 per person per night.

Children aged 0–3 stay free of charge. A travel crib is available upon request.
A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of your stay.

We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance, as we charge cancellation fees in the event of a non-utilized booking. Should the apartment be re-booked by another party, these fees will be reduced to 10% to cover administrative costs.

A security deposit of €400 may be required.

The vacation apartment is ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

The final cleaning fee is a one-time charge of €140, plus a linen fee.
A linen fee of €35 is charged per person, regardless of the duration of the stay.
